Pineapple Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
Canned Pineapple Chunks
Japanese Cucumber, diced
Olive Oil 
Corianders, chopped 
Lemon juice
Shallot, sliced
Cayenne Peppers, sliced
Salt and pepper for seasoning

100 g.
50 ml.
20 g.
10 ml.
15 g.
5 g.




Preparation:

1. Mix pineapple chunks, cucumber, cayenne peppers, and shallot. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice.

2. Place in to a salad plate, garnish with corianders before serve.
