Salmon Fillet
Salt and pepper for season
Olive Oil for grill
Green salad

Mango Salsa Ingredients:
Canned Mango Dice
Cherry tomato
Shallot, Chopped
Red Cayenne Pepper, Chopped
Salt
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Rosemary

Preparation:

1.In a mixing bowl, mix all mango salsa ingredients together. Set aside

2.Marinade salmon fillet with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary, keep in refrigerate for 15 minutes.

3.Grill salmon fillet over medium heat until cooked.

4.Pour the sauce over salmon, then ready to serve with green salad.
