Pineapple slices in juice
Mozzarella cheese
Tomato

8 slices drained
300 g. thinly sliced
1 each thinly sliced (100 g.)

Salt and pepper for seasoning
Balsamic vinegar, olive oil for dressing
Fresh basil for garnishing |

| Preparation: |

1. Cut pineapple slices into quarters.
2. Slice tomato and mozzarella cheese and then quarter.
3. Lay all ingredients alternately, sprinkle with salt and pepper for seasoning.
4. Mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil for dressing.
5. Garnish with fresh basil. |

As an alternative serving, stack into a tower with pineapple slices at the bottom and top and alternate with cheese and tomato slices in the middle. |
