Both the government and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) have strongly urged Bangkokians to move their belongings to higher ground or to move out of the city. 50% of Bangkok is now inundated. Some areas have been ordered evacuation. The government has declared the emergency holidays from October 27 – 31.

Thanks to all our customers, colleagues and friends for their concern on the current flood situation in Thailand. And we would like to express our condolences to everyone who has been affected by this great flood. Few of our colleagues in Bangkok have to be evacuated unfortunately from their homes. At the moment, both SAICO and TPC factories are operating normally and are not affected by the flood.

We are now preparing for shutdown on July 24 and will resume production at the beginning of September.
