Baked Pineapple Rice
 
 
 
Ingredients:

Canned Pineapple Chunks 
Pre-cooked rice 
Sausages 
Cashew nuts 
Mozzarella cheese 
Egg 
Vegetable oil 
Soy sauce
Suga

200 g.
500 g.
100 g.
60 g.
30 g.
2

Preparation:

1.Preheat oven at 200°C

2.Heat oil over a large sauce pan; add rice, egg, sausages, cashew nut, and pineapple. Fry until well mixed.

3.Adjust taste with soy sauce and sugar and keep stirring.

4.Remove the rice into a bowl, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

5.Leave in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
