WORLDFOODS Madeleine
 

 

 
Ingredients:

Eggs
Sugar
Flour
Salt
Oil

1 cup
1¾ cup
1½ cup
1¼ cup

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 220°C

2. Heat oil in a wok, add WORLDFOODS Paste and fry until aromatic. Then set a side.

3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until the mixture is smooth

4. Add flour, baking powder, salt and beat until well blended

5. Pour in a mixture of past and oil into a large bowl, mix well

6. Keep a mixture overnight in a fridge

7. Add into a mould and put in the oven for 10 minutes until madeleine turn brown

8. Press out pieces from a mould and ready to serve
