Canned Pineapple Tidbits
WORLDFOODS Red Curry Paste
Mussels
Coconut milk
Sugar
Fish sauce
Kaffir lime leaves 
Chili, thinly sliced

2 tbsp.
300 g.
500 g.
2 tbsp.
2 tbsp.

Preparation:

1.Heat coconut milk over medium-high heat. Add WORLDFOODS Red Curry Paste, sugar, and fish sauce.

2.Reduce heat then add pineapple, mussels, kaffir lime leaves, and chili.

3.Serve with brown rice.
