Pineapple Salsa with Prawn

Ingredients:
Canned Pineapple Tidbit in Natural Juice
Prawn, peeled and cooked
Tomato, diced
Cucumber, diced
Red chili, thin sliced
Cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper
200 g.
150 g.
100 g.
100 g.
20 g.
2 tsp.

Preparation:

1. In a mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.

2. Spoon into a plate and on top with prawn before serve.

 Note:

you can replace red chili with Jalapeno chili
