Grill Salmon with Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:

Canned Pineapple Tidbits in Natural Juice
Fresh Salmon
Tomato, diced
Cucumber, diced
Thai Red Chili, seeds removed and thin sliced
Vegetable oil
Salt and ground pepper

150 g.
300 g.
50 g.
30 g.
20 g.
1 tbsp.

Preparation:

1.Toss salmon until grill mark appear. Set aside.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok, cook pineapple until lightly brown then add cucumber, red chili, and tomato..

3.Adjust taste with salt and pepper before serve with grill salmon.
