Pineapple Pie

Ingredients:

Canned Pineapple Crushed in Natural

Juice, well drained
Digestive biscuit, roughly ground
Cream cheese
Melted butter
Sugar

60 g.
60 g.

Preparation:

1.Combine digestive biscuit and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press onto the bottom of small glass. Keep in refrigerator up to an hour until firm.

2.In another mixing bowl, beat crushed pineapple and sugar until smooth. Spoon on top of grounded digestive. Then put in the fridge for another 30 minutes.

3.Topping with spoon of cream cheese over the mixture and mint leaves before serve.
