Fruit Sushi

Ingredients:
Canned Pineapple Slices in Natural Juice, well drained 
Canned Mandarin Orange in Juice, well drained 
Japanese rice, cooked and mix with vinegar and sugar 
Honey for garnish 
Mayonnaise for dipping 

Preparation:

1. Spoon Japanese rice into wooden sushi box press, once removed from the mold then cut into bite-size pieces.

2. Top with slices of fruits and glaze with honey. Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve
