Pineapple sauce Preparation
1. Heat butter in a pan. Add in Pineapple crushed and stir-fry until well mixed.
2. Then add gravy, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Preparation
1. Preheat oven at 200 Celsius.
2. Season lamb rack with salt and pepper. Then heat oil in a pan, frying lamb rack until medium rare.
3. Bring lamb rack into the oven for 20 minutes.
4. In another saucepan, melting butter before adding breadcrumbs and parsley. Season with salt and pepper then set aside.
5. After 20 minutes, brush mustard over roasted lamb rack and top with breadcrumbs mixture. Continue in the oven for another 10 minute until breadcrumbs turns golden color.
6. Ready to serve with pineapple sauce and sauté pineapple chunks.
